Job Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Logistics:

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the weekly art spaces and performance areas.
• Helping manage artist check-in and booth assignments.
• Ensuring smooth flow of visitors and performances.
• Coordinating technical requirements for performing artists (sound, basic lighting).

Artist Relations & Support:

·         Communicating with participating artists regarding schedules, requirements, and logistics.

·         Assisting artists with displaying their work or preparing for performances.

·         Gathering feedback from artists to improve the experience.

Visitor Engagement & Promotion:

·         Greeting attendees and providing information about the event and artists.

·         Capturing photos and videos of the event for social media.

·         Assisting with live social media updates during the event.

Program Curation Support:

·         Researching local artists and performers suitable for the event.

·         Assisting with scheduling and booking performances.

·         Helping develop the weekly program lineup.
