Job Responsibilities

Course Coordination & Logistics:

• Assisting with scheduling classes and workshops.
• Preparing classroom materials and equipment.
• Coordinating with instructors and students.
• Managing registration and attendance records.

Student Support & Mentorship:

·         Providing basic technical support to students during courses.

·         Helping facilitate group activities and exercises.

·         Acting as a peer mentor or tutor for students needing extra help.

Multimedia Content Creation for School Promotion:

·         Creating short promotional videos or photo content for the school (using skills you teach!).

·         Developing engaging social media posts to attract new students.

·         Designing simple infographics or course outlines.

Alumni & Outreach Support:

·         Helping track student progress and success stories.

·         Gathering feedback from students to improve future courses.

·         Assisting with outreach to community centers or schools to promote the program.
